Thank you for your interest in being part of the Wild Mountain Music Festival. Our goal is to ensure diverse food choices for the 2000-3000 patrons (many of whom camp on site) who will pass through the gates each day, and we encourage fresh fruit, vegetarian, vegan or gluten free items on your menu. This year we will be selecting 6 vendors to fee our festival-goers, and we will strive to avoid menu duplication between vendors.
Conditions at the festival are rustic, with tank-supplied potable water, and generator supplied electrical power. You will need to bring your own water-hauling jugs, food prep equipment, hand and food washing stations, extension cords and power bars, a booth/ten/trailer and all supplies and equipment necessary for your successful and comfortable weekend. You will be responsible to remove your garbage and leave your site in original condition by noon on
Monday, July 21, 2025. Although you’re free to determine your own hours of operation each day, you must remain open for the duration of the festival. Things officially wrap up on Sunday afternoon, but that evening includes a well-attended open mic, and you are encouraged to consider selling Sunday night for open mic attendees. Camping near your booth/trailer will be available Thursday night through Sunday night.
FESTIVAL HOURS
We encourage vendors to be open as many hours as possible each day to align with festival hours of operation:
Friday, July 18:
6:00 pm-1:00 am
Saturday, July 19: 12:00 pm-1:00 am
Sunday, July 20:
12:00 pm-6:00 pm (followed by open mic until the wee hours)
You may also wish to consider breakfast hour/menu options for those camped-out festival-goers

General Requirements
Vendors are encouraged to arrive and set up on Thursday, July 17, and must be ready to serve by Friday, July 18 2:00 pm
Your site must be cleaned up and vacated by noon on Monday, July 21.
Use of personal generators to power your equipment is to be at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator.
No pets and no ATVs allowed on the festival site.
No GLASS bottles/etc.
