Pit Crew

Build Team - All skills needed – if you have experience in construction, are handy/crafty, design or engineering experience, etc. this is the place for you! If you have NONE of these skills, this is ALSO the place for you! We need available hands to help clean up, cut fabric/vinyl, wipe down props to paint, organize tools or cabinets, help clean up trailers and outside work areas so all skills levels are welcome and needed.

Drive a Penske

Load/Unload/Push props on field

Chaperone

Football games – home and away

Competitions - local and travel

Field trips – All East, Conferences etc.

Assist with after school supervision before games

Uniforms - If you sew this is the place for you! If you do NOT sew, this is also the place for you!

Assist with repairs & alterations before and during season

Labeling, organizing, taking inventory

Fitting/Measuring uniforms, shoes

Noting repairs needed, washing/ironing as needed

Fundraising

Help organize fundraisers, pickup products, sort and distribute various fundraisers (Ex-Ham N Goodys, Butter Braid etc)

Contact local restaurants to setup dine-outs

Bake Sale at football games- contribute baked items or work booth

Help sell CFA sandwiches at school on Tuesdays

Solicit donations from businesses (monetary, supplies/food etc), send thanks you’s etc.

Travel Food - for away competitions when we provide meals for the band

Help on-site setup, serve, cleanup at away travel competitions if band provides food

Help before travel at school - make food bags, prep, organize donated food, etc.
