Falcon Swim Outreach
Hello all! This is the sign up form for the Falcon Swim Outreach program. This program is meant for children from low income households in the Hightstown area. See website for more info https://ahpnj.org/member_docs/Income_Limits_2023.pdf 

Each child will have access to 30 minute sessions that run from 8:00 - 8:30 and 8:30 - 9:00 AM on Sundays. 
This cohort will include 6 sessions:
Sunday, April  28th
Sunday, May 5th
Sunday, May 12th
Sunday, May 19th 


For the first cohort we will be able to take 30 kids total (15 per session) and we will be making selections on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Comes from an low income household according to the "2023 AFFORDABLE HOUSING REGIONAL INCOME LIMITS BY HOUSEHOLD SIZE"
