8:30 - 9:45 - Underhand Striking Progressions
9:45 - 10:45 – Game Days made Educational
10:45 - 11:30 - Jigsaw Method for Backyard Games
11:30 - 12:15 lunch on own
12:15 - 1:15 - Progressive Net/Wall Activities w/ Adaptations
1:15- 2:00 - Health Related Warm-Up Frenzy w/ Pedometer Use
2:00- 2:45 –Self Defense
