Middle Circle is excited to plan for our next phase. To support our thinking, planning and dreaming, we are asking you, friends of Middle Circle, to respond to the brief questionnaire below to support Middle Circle founders in planning for the future. We humbly request that you answer the following questions as candidly as possible. This questionnaire should only take you only 5 minutes or less to complete. The answers you provide will help Middle Circle develop in a manner that meets the needs of our community and is in alignment with our mission and vision.
