2015-16 Juan Cabrillo Elementary School Family Survey

We are sending out this brief survey to capture your thoughts and opinions. This survey data will be reviewed by our Cabrillo School Site Council and Cabrillo Teacher Leadership Team and will help guide decision-making here at the site. All responses will be kept anonymous. Please complete this survey with your Cabrillo student so we can have well-rounded data.
