Shaping the Future of Cognitively Healthy Ageing under the CODATA Task Group

Thank you for participating in this questionnaire on cognitively healthy aging, which refers to maintaining cognitive abilities, such as memory, attention, problem-solving, and decision-making, throughout aging, while supporting independence and quality of life. This survey seeks insights from academia, government, and industry on how to promote cognitively healthy aging, what types of data are most useful, and where to set priorities for policy and future recommendations. Some questions allow multiple selections, please choose the options most relevant to you.

Your input is invaluable in shaping data-driven, inclusive societies where people of all backgrounds can age with dignity, autonomy, and well-being.

Sharing your contact at the end is optional but encouraged. The information provided will be used exclusively by the Co-Chairs and Secretary of the CODATA Task Group "Data driven social change towards a society promoting cognitively healthy aging".
