This is the registration form for Camp Caligo 2016, our second residential Camp, held 4 March - 6 March 2016. It must be completed to reserve your place.

All information in this form will be accessible to the Camp Caligo committee and the Caligo Mundi Board to aid in the preparation of the event. No information will be otherwise shared unless it is necessary in an emergency.

Special requirements may include a quiet room for an early night, a separate room due to excessive snoring, a same gender room, etc.  Please be considerate when identifying this need.
