This is a pre-registration for Spring 2021 coaches. Due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, it is unclear whether or not the Spring 2021 season will proceed. However, in order to form teams, we need to know who is planning on coaching prior to that determination. Pre-registration will allow SWSC to begin forming teams around available coaches without having to pay non-refundable State registration fees. Once we have confirmation that Spring season will proceed, all coaches will need to register with the State Association (OYSA). At that time (assuming certifications are complete), teams will be officially formed and practices/games will be scheduled. If you are planning on coaching (or assisting) for Spring 2021, please complete this form as soon as possible.

Note that for the Grades 2-8 teams playing in the Westside program, you will select a practice time/location at their coach meeting on March 10.  

Also for teams playing in the Westside program, the registration process has changed.  All players must register in Affinity and the club will form teams, recruit coaches as needed, and pay the Westside team fee.  Coaches no longer need to collect money from their players and pay Westside themselves, which, I'm sure, will make things much easier for you all.

You will also need to complete the Safe Sport and Concussion training as well and we encourage you to do so as soon as possible.  More information will be sent to you on these trainings once you have completed this registration.   Once complete, please email your certificates to registrar@somersetwestsoccer.org.  Thank you.
