This position is an Independent Contractor position. There are no set hours, and your commission income is determined by your own sales efforts. The agency provides an initial onboarding and continued guidance; however, it is up to you to seek out potential clients. Those suited for this position are highly motivated, have strong organizational skills, love interacting with people, and travel personally at least 2 to 3 times a year.
