Announcement requests must be received by the preceding Tuesday at 3pm. Please answer all questions as thoroughly as possible so that we may best assist you in publicizing your event. Please be sure that you have already contacted the office to reserve the rooms for your event. If there is any artwork that you would like used in your announcement, please make note in the description section and email that separately to tscherer@rolchurch.net.
