1. By completing this Booking Request form you are indicating your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Once confirmed by a member of the Edcellent team, your booking forms a binding agreement between the school and Edcellent Education: the school is liable to make all payments by the due dates.

3. Once a booking has been processed, a non refundable deposit of $280 is required within 14 days: a booking is considered processed once an invoice has been sent by Edcellent to the booking teacher. Final payment will be required after the performance and within 14 days of a final invoice being issued.

4. The performance requires 5 x 5 metres of flat, clear playing space (with access to power) available 60 minutes prior to the performance start-time (for set up) and 20 minutes after the conclusion of the performance/Q&A (for pack up).

5. The performance runs for 80 minutes (including Q&A): we strongly suggest the school allows 90 minutes. A punctual start time to the performance is appreciated.

6. It is the booking teacher’s responsibility to ensure that student numbers are accurate, payment is arranged and the school is notified of the performance date/requirements. Should the booking teacher depart from the school it is their responsibility to pass all relevant information on to a replacement teacher and inform Edcellent of the new point of contact.

7. Once a booking has been processed, any requests for alterations to student numbers or the performance date or time must be made in writing via email. Edcellent will attempt to accommodate any changes to the booking but reserves the right to retain the original details and charge the full fee.

8. Should the booking be cancelled by the school more than 6 school weeks before the performance date it will result in the loss of the deposit payment.

9. Should the booking be cancelled by the school within 6 school weeks of the performance date it will result in the full fee being payable by the school.

10. Should the course be cancelled by Edcellent Education we will endeavour to re-book the performance at a new date agreed with you. If this is not possible, Edcellent will refund any payment made by the school.

11. Edcellent Education does not accept any responsibility for participant’s personal property during the performance.

12. Edcellent Education does not accept liability for any personal injury incurred during the normal conduct of the performance.

13. Edcellent Education does not warrant or make any claims in regards to the use (or the results of the use) of the content within the performance.

14. Edcellent Education reserves the right to make photographic and/or visual recordings during the performance for archival purposes and for use in the Edcellent Education marketing materials.

15. Audio and/or visual recording of any kind by the school/students during the performance is not permitted. Photography for the purposes of school newsletters etc following the performance, may be granted upon request.
