Please fill out this form to place your order for our Pizza Fundraiser.  You will have the choice of cheese or pepperoni pizza.  Also a choice or cooked or uncooked.  All 16" pizzas are freshly made on site in the Narraguagus kitchen.  Orders must be received by noon on February 4th.  Pizza pick up will be at Narraguagus Jr/Sr High School on Friday, February 5th between 4:00-5:00 p.m.  Money will be collected when you pick up your order.  Proceeds to benefit the Narraguagus Jr/Sr High School Athletics Program.  Just in time for Super Bowl Sunday!
