Registration Form
Tuesdays, September 22nd & 29th from 5:30-7:30pm at the Peace & Justice Center, 60 Lake Street.

Thank you for your interest in joining this two part workshop as part of the Peace & Justice Center's programming for Campaign Nonviolence's Week of Actions 2015.

Many activists advocate for a particular cause or on behalf of a specific oppressed group. Examples include activism towards rights of indigenous people, racial justice, women’s rights, economic justice, animal rights, and environmental justice. Working individually or in groups, they employ a wide variety of strategies, including writing letters to newspapers or politicians, political campaigning, participating in rallies, marching, joining hunger strikes, boycotts, or other forms of direct action. In this workshop participants will learn just a few techniques of nonviolent action.

Cost: $50 for the General Public and $30 for Current PJC Members/Volunteers.
(Please note on this registration form if you need assistance with tuition, or if you can pay a higher tuition to support this workshop and the Peace & Justice Center's programming in general. No one will be turned away for lack of funds)
