LOTUS - request to perform form
NOTE: Slots are full for 2025. Please review the details @ https://www.svlotus.com/procedure before requesting a slot. Thank you. A nominal Donation is to be paid to LOTUS as part of our facility rental and other charges.

For 1 1/2 hour and 2 hour concert requests, please send the artist's music bio along with the same Youtube clip of piece with Alapana, Neraval, swarams to svlotus.screening@gmail.com, CCing to svlotus20@gmail.com. The artist has to clear the screening by the board to perform in 75 mins slot.  The artist will be notified about the screening results by email.
