The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults is a journey toward a deeper union and communion with Jesus Christ and His Church, culminating in the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation. At the heart of this process is the ongoing call to personal conversion to Jesus Christ. OCIA is the process through which adults are fully initiated into the Catholic Church.

Who is the OCIA for:

A person who has never been baptized.
One who has been baptized in another Christian faith and is interested in becoming Catholic.
Anyone interested in learning about the Catholic faith.
Baptized Catholics who have not received First Holy Communion and Confirmation.
