o Receive film in the mail from FHL
o Check film in through the Magneto film management system
o Put film in drawers numerically in the house
o Run report to return film that needs to be returned
o Pull film from drawers to return
o Box up film and return
o Work with CLF representative to maintain extended loan film list

• As example
• I would like to develop stronger communication skills including listening to my colleagues and writing

• I would like to increase my continuing education hours to increase and broaden my knowledge
• To become more versed in the HPL databases
• To get to work time
• To increase my production of documents

In a perfect world, what job duty would you really like to do, and what job duty is it that you really don’t like to do.  This is not to say you will get what you want or give up what you want, but it will give Mel and me an idea of how to structure the unit in the future.
