Sistema Scotland has a Child Protection Policy and Procedure and you are welcome to request a copy of this at any time.

Photography and Filming of Children and Young People
Photos/videos can be taken of your child and may be used by Big Noise/Sistema Scotland or our partners in printed marketing, electronic marketing, social media and the local and national media, to highlight our achievements.  If your child is chosen to represent Sistema Scotland for publicity purposes with a media organisation, their full name may be used.  You are welcome to request a full copy of the Photography and Filming of Children and Young People Policy and Procedure at any time.
During concerts, events and sharing sessions, parents and other attendees may take photos or videos.  Sistema Scotland has no control of photographs or video taken by parents or members of the public and is unable to monitor their usage.

By filling out and returning this form, you will be providing us with personal information (personal data) about yourself and/or your family. We will retain this personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. This will allow us to ensure we are able to provide the maximum service and support to you and/or your family. For your peace of mind, we would like to tell you what we do with your data:
• We may access information from and share information about your child's education and development with professional partners such as the local council, and we may use such information to support your child
• Otherwise we will not pass on personal data to any other body or individual, without your prior knowledge and/or approval.
• We may use personal data for statistical and research purposes; unless we have your explicit consent, this will be anonymised.
• All personal data, both paper file and electronic copy is retained securely and protected by password. There is no unauthorised access permitted.
• You are entitled to see the personal data we retain on file about you.

• No personal data is kept on file any longer than necessary.
• You have the right to request that we delete any personal data that we hold regarding yourself and/or your family.

Declaration and Consent:

• For your child to take part in the Big Noise programme.
• During school term time, if your child is of Primary School age and unable to attend on any day, you will send a note to school or contact us.
• In an emergency your child may receive medical treatment (including anaesthetic as considered necessary by medical authorities present).
• Plasters and sunscreen may be applied as necessary.
• When your child is given an instrument to play at Big Noise you will ensure they follow the tips given to them and look after the instrument when it is in their care and that the instrument is handed back to Big Noise if they leave the programme.
