Release and Waiver of Liability:
I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NC Vibes, the event organizers, and the City of Raleigh from any and all claims, suits, or actions arising from my participation, including but not limited to liability, damages, compensation, attorney's fees, and related costs. This includes claims made by me or on my behalf. I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this waiver and release of liability. I expressly release and discharge NC Vibes, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action for personal injury or property damage. I voluntarily waive any right to bring a legal action against them.
General Release and Event Rules:
I release, discharge, and hold harmless NC Vibes, the City of Raleigh, and their employees, associates, and sponsors from all actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands for any loss or damage, its agents, representatives, or employees. I consent to the enforcement of all event rules. I grant permission for photos or depictions of my work to be used for festival promotion purposes. Event management reserves the right to disqualify or expel any participant who violates event guidelines or causes problems for other participants, patrons, or management. NC Vibes Management reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all rules.
