Instructions to the candidate:

1. THE STUDENT CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL BE ISSUED IN 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE APPLICATION IS RECEIVED (SUBJECTED TO THE TOTAL APPLICATION RECEIVED AT ANY ONE TIME)
2. THIS FORM IS VALID FOR FACULTY OF ENGINEERING, UNIVERSITY OF MALAYA STUDENTS ONLY.
3. STUDENT WILL BE NOTIFY THROUGH EMAIL FOR COLLECTION WHEN THE LETTER IS READY FOR COLLECTION.
4. STUDENT CAN COLLECT THE CONFIRMATION LETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER, LEVEL 3, BLOCK L, FACULTY OF ENGINEERING. PLEASE BRING ALONG YOUR MATRIC CARD FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSED.
