OGO Grant Reporting Documents 2026-27
Your school is participating in Oakland Goes Outdoors this year! Please complete the following grant reporting documents. We use this information to satisfy overall OGO reporting requirements to our current funding sources, solicit additional funding sources, and identify metrics of the efficacy of OGO throughout OUSD. 

Please note that we will not be paying reimbursement requests until all grant reporting documents have been completed. If this would result in creating a financial burden for you, please reach out to Sofia Betteo.

Grant Reporting Requirements
August 2026: Start of the School Year (before any trips go out) OR if there are any new students throughout the school year
  1. Beginning of the Year (BOY) Student Survey

Before Each Trip
  1. OUSD Field Trip Request Form & OUSD Student Permission Slip
  2. Trip Leader Packet
After Each Trip
  1. For trips taking place during all or part of the school day: Attendance in Aeries is V-coded and tagged with "OGO" as an attendance note; For trips taking place outside any part of the school day: Upload a student roster that includes each student's first name, last name, grade level, gender, and 6-digit student ID number. 
  2. Post-Trip Staff Debrief
  3. Student Interviews or  Approved Student Artifact (PassPORTS trips require specific Student Artifact)
  4. Trip Photos shared through Google Photos or Google Drive
  5. Student Roster: Names, Student ID, Gender, Grade ONLY
  6. For Overnight Trips Only: After School Sign-In/Out Sheet with Student Signatures
May 2027: At the End of the School Year (after all trips go out)
  1. End of the Year (EOY) Student Survey
