FY 26-27 COCISD Projected Fundraiser Form

PLEASE COMPLETE ONE OF THESE FORMS FOR EVERY FUNDRAISER

This is a standardized form to determine ALL the projected fundraisers that will be taking place at a COCISD property during the current school year. This form will create better management of competing fundraisers and provide an understanding of the timing and impact on the community. In addition, it will also help alleviate any unapproved fundraisers that may be taking place without prior and proper approval.

Please remember the Helios Application for Student Activity Sales Form still must be COMPLETED and APPROVED prior to any fundraiser activity.
