Welcome and thank you for your interest in donating to Green Streets' monthly Walk/Ride Day Check-In Raffle!  We will publicly thank you on our website, in our e-newsletter, social media and elsewhere for your donation.

Once you fill out this application, we will be in contact with you about delivery of your donation. In some cases, when the raffle winner is selected, we will provide you with their name and provide the winner with your location so they can stop by and pick up their prize (and have a look around your establishment). Our goal is for the raffle to provide as much exposure to your business as possible.
