Online Rescheduling Form for: AYT Specialty Classes (NOT NC CCH)
Please complete this form for EACH student. If rescheduling more than one person, you MUST resubmit this form separately for each person.

Advanced notice REQUIRED for Rescheduling
REMEMBER: Rescheduling MUST be done prior to the cut-off times listed for each class type. These cut-off times are listed in your original class info that was given to you as a handout or email when you originally registered. Failure to submit this rescheduling form with enough advance notice, as outlined below, will result in a 20% rescheduling fee.

The current policy is as follows:

ALL AYT Specialty classes: 
As of March 1st 2023, ALL AYT Specialty classes require TEN DAYS advanced notice. Example: If your class begins at 8:30am on Saturday the 18th, you would need submit this request no later than 8:30am on Wednesday the 8th.

If you do not reschedule with enough advanced notice (see above), the fees are as follows:
As of February 15th 2023, The rescheduling fee is 20% of the current "full-price" of the class, before any discounts. The current "full-price" for any class can be found on our website. Keep in mind, this 20% fee is calculated based on the current "full-price" for the class, and does NOT include any discounts, specials, promos, packages, or sales you may have received at the time you originally paid. 

All rescheduling fees MUST be paid over the phone. You MUST call and pay the fee or make payment arrangements NO LATER than TWO WEEKS (14 Days) after the missed class date. So, call us ASAP @ 910-495-4926 ext "0", Mon-Fri, 2-8pm.
