Please complete the following form for all Special Grants Requests for the 2023-2024 School Year.

The PTO has budgeted $5,000 for these requests, and hopes to use all of that money this year, spreading it widely to as many different projects and students as possible. Please note that there is a $500 limit per project/event.

Submission of an application does not guarantee funding, although we'll do our best to fill as many requests as possible. We may ask you to join an upcoming PTO meeting to answer questions/give a very brief presentation on your project/event.
