BobFest 2018 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in Vending at BobFest 2018. Please read the 2018 BobFest Policies and Procedures and COMPLETE the Application Below. Only complete applications and payments will be accepted. Please send all questions and inquiries to bobfestatlinfo@gmail.com

Standard Vending Fees:
• $50 Service Vendor
• $75 Product Vendor
• $250 Exclusive Food Vendor (Friday - 1 Vegan Vendor)
• $150 non-exclusive food vendor (Yoga on Dub/Film Festival)
• Non-profit informational booths are free and based on space availability

50% Non-refundable deposit paid via paypal ondafarmpros@gmail.com or square cash $ondafarm by 2/10/18. Balance due upon setup. Vending fee includes admission for vendor plus ONE assistant. Area must be cleaned before leaving. The agreed upon list of vending items is strictly enforced to ensure diversity and fair market activity for all vendors.

VENUE LIST:

YOGA ON DUB- FEB 15
Venue: Ivy Prep Academy - Kirkwood (1807 Memorial Dr Atlanta, GA 30317)
Program time: doors open 7pm for marketplace; program starts 7:30 pm
Vendor setup by: 6pm
Expected attendance: 150

CONCERT IN THE VILLAGE- FEB 16
Venue: SHRINE OF THE BLACK MADONNA
Program time: 8 pm – 12am
Vendor setup: 7pm
Expected attendance: 400

AFRICA UNITE FILM FESTIVAL- FEB 17
Venue: Auburn Research Library
Time: 10 am -7 pm FREE Admission
Vendor setup by: 9am
Expected attendance: 300-500 (throughout the day)

STIR IT UP - FARM TO TABLE BRUNCH FEAST- FEB 18
Venue: KUUMBA HOUSE - METROPOLITAN LOFTS
Time: 11:00am- 4:00pm
Vendor Setup by: 10:00am
Expected attendance: 300 (throughout the day)

**There are no food vendors at the Sunday Event!
**Table Spaces are 6X6
**Extra tables are $40 each

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITING:
1. EXHIBITORS MUST ARRIVE 1 HOUR BEFORE AND SET UP NO LATER THAN 30 MIN BEFORE DOORS OPEN
2. EXHIBITORS MUST HAVE COMPLETELY VACATED THE PREMESIS BY ONE HOUR AFTER EVENT ENDS
3. EXHIBITS MUST BE STAFFED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE HOURS THAT THE HALL IS OPEN
4. EXHIBITORS WILL BE ALLOWED 1 ASSISTANT, AND THEIR NAME MUST BE GIVEN AT SIGN-IN.
5. EXHIBITORS MAY INSTALL AND REMOVE A STALL ONLY DURING DESIGNATED TIMES WHEN THE HALL IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
6. DISPLAYS AT THE FRONT OF THE STALL MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH THE VISIBILITY OF ADJOINING EXHIBITORS. DISPLAYS MAY NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE CONFINES OF SPACE.
7. EXHIBITORS MAY PLACE BROCHURES & OTHER PROMOTIONAL LITERATURE ONLY IN THEIR SPACE AND NOT IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE FACILITY.
8. EXHIBITORS MUST REMOVE ALL OF THEIR TRASH FROM EXHIBIT AREA BY 30 MIN AFTER CLOSING TIME PER EVENT
9. FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN GROUND COVERING, OR CLEAN ALL SPILLED FOOD/BEVERAGES FROM THEIR AREA OR BE SUBJECTED TO A $100 CLEAN-UP FEE.
10. EXHIBITORS MUST ABIDE WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS WHILE ON PREMISES. ALL ENTRANCES, EXITS AND PATHS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AND FREE OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
11. ALL MATERIALS USED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA MUST BE FLAMEPROOF AND FIRE RESISTANT IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL FIRE ORDINANCES AND FIRE REGULATIONS OF EXHIBITION FACILITY.
12. ALL BOOKINGS FOR EXHIBIT BOOTHS MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING WITH ACCOMPANYING SIGNATURE PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
13. EXCEPT PRE-REGISTERED EXHIBITORS, EXHIBITING SPACES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
