The warranty shall be considered void under any of the following conditions:

1. Warranty Seal Tampering
   • Removal, alteration, defacement, or intentional damage of the warranty sticker/seal.
   • Missing warranty sticker that prevents product identification.
2. Unauthorized Modification
   • Cutting, splicing, extending, shortening, or modifying wires, connectors, terminals, or harness components.
   • Installation of non-approved accessories or electrical components that alter the original harness design.
3. Physical Damage
   • Damage caused by impact, crushing, punctures, abrasion, excessive bending, or improper handling.
   • Burn marks, melting, or heat damage resulting from electrical overload, short circuits, or external heat sources.
4. Improper Installation or Use
   • Installation not performed according to the supplied instructions or standard industry practices.
   • Use of the harness in applications for which it was not designed.
5. Environmental Damage
   • Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, solvents, corrosive substances, excessive moisture, flooding, or submersion beyond the product's intended operating conditions.
6. Electrical Misuse
   • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, overloading, short circuits, or improper battery connections.
7. Unauthorized Repair Attempts
   • Any repair, disassembly, or alteration carried out by unauthorized personnel.
8. Normal Wear and External Packaging
   • Minor wear, cosmetic scratches, or damage to external packaging incurred during shipping and handling do not affect warranty eligibility.
   • Normal package tears or carton damage alone shall not be considered a product defect.

The following will not automatically void the warranty:

• Minor scratches, scuffs, fading, or edge lifting of the warranty sticker resulting from normal handling and transportation.
• Small tears or marks on the sticker that do not obscure the serial number, authentication marks, or evidence of tampering.
• If product tested is defective and has been confirmed by our own team upon detailed inspection.
