About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Branding & Packaging Designer who can lead branding and packaging projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, excellent design craft, and the ability to guide junior designers while delivering strategic, visually compelling work.
Key Responsibilities - Branding & Packaging Design
- Lead the design and execution of branding, packaging, and visual identity projects.
- Develop distinctive brand identities, packaging systems, and visual assets.
- Translate brand strategy into effective visual communication.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Creative Leadership & Execution
- Take ownership of complex and high-impact design projects.
- Create strong visual systems across branding and packaging.
- Maintain excellence in typography, layout, color, and production details.
- Present multiple creative directions and recommendations.
Project Flow & Quality
- Manage projects efficiently within timelines and revision cycles.
- Review and refine work to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
- Act as a quality checkpoint before final delivery.
- Ensure files are production-ready and technically accurate.
Team Mentorship
- Support and mentor junior designers on design craft and conceptual thinking.
- Provide constructive feedback and encourage design excellence.
- Help build a collaborative and growth-oriented creative culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with strategists, project managers, and content teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
- Collaborate with vendors and printers when required.
Client Interaction
- Present design concepts and rationale confidently.

- Incorporate feedback effectively while protecting creative integrity.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in branding and packaging design
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills
