Application to be part of the evolve bodywork team

Dear beautiful soul,

we're delighted to welcome you here. Thank you for your interest in co-creating the healing space for the evolve festival 2024. We are looking for a wide range of bodywork practices from different fields to contribute to a magical transformative weekend full of connection, healing and empowerment. 

Please provide us with a few more details about yourself and in what form you could co-create the evolve healing space. It's very important for us that everyone involved identifies with the bigger vision of evolve and don't see it "simply" as a gig.

The festival takes place at the Helenesee next to Frankfurt Oder from Friday the 30th of August until Sunday the 1st of September 2024. 

For organisational purposes, we need to have some bodyworkers during the building and build-down phase on site as well. Therefore, ideally, you can come a few days before the festival and/or stay for a couple of days after the festival. This will be to help with the setup of the healing space as well as to offer massages to the evolve crew.

What you give as a bodyworker:

  • 2 shifts during the event, offering your skills as paid massages. Shifts are from 9:30 until 15:00 or 15:30 until 21:00, each 5h30 per shift, adding breaks if needed.
  • a proactive and engaged spirit: being there for the shifts you signed up for, actively seeking opportunities to connect with the festival guests and promoting your services to secure appointments.
  • 3h of donation-based crew massage before/during/after the festival in exchange for the festival ticket. The crew massages can be organised on the same day as your shifts, but can NOT be during your shift time, since those are reserved for guests' massages. The crew massages are in addition to your 2 paid shifts.
  • oils, towels and whatever else is needed for your massages. Tables will be coordinated collectively within the bodyworker team.

The details of the energy exchange for your contribution are communicated throughout the application process.

Please be aware that we can't guarantee a certain amount of booked massages for each shift.

Please be understanding and patient though - we're a small volunteer crew and it sometimes takes a little while to reply. We're doing our best and will get back to you as soon as we can.
