HEF Recognition Award Nomination
The Hurley Education Foundation annually recognizes distinguished alumni and friends of the Hurley School District. Nominations are needed for those distinguished alumni or other individuals that have made an outstanding contribution to education in the Hurley School District. The award will be given to recipient(s) selected at the discretion of the Hurley Education Foundation. In recent years recipients have included alumni, teachers, staff members, and exceptional citizens in the Hurley School District and surrounding community.

The Foundation shall consider the below factors in relation to each nominee to determine the award recipient(s).  Because not all questions may apply to a nominee, please respond with N/A if appropriate.
