We suggest meal group
participants be aged 14 years or older. Our kitchen and prep area are
commercial-style with open-flamed stovetops and industrial equipment. Please
include any children attending in your total group number.
Meal teams must supply the all of the ingredients and food necessary to make their meal.
Please help us keep our kitchen clean by washing any pots, pans, or utensils you may use in the creation of your meal.
Breakfast & lunch groups should plan on preparing for 100 people
Dinner groups should plan on preparing for 150 people
