*Accepted special retail vendors will pay $150 per 10 x 10 booth space and will be provided with one camping space within the vendor's area. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!! If accepted, you will pay after you are notified on or around April 13th, 2016. *NOTE: we will ONLY be accepting vintage vinyl record sellers now, no other retail vendors will be accepted at this time. We will post a new application for retail vendors if we find a way to accommodate them at our festival. Thank you!
*Each accepted vendor will receive 2 wrist bands ($180 value) for each 10’x10’ space and the option of purchasing an additional one (including double booths - only 1) for half price for the weekend.
* Each accepted vendor will be given only one parking pass per booth (including double booths) – oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers are accepted upon approval of festival staff. Wrist bands and parking pass will be given at check in on June 2nd.
All those who are accepted will receive more information about load-in and out before the festival.
