Please make sure all information is up to date so that we can send promotional materials, if you are accepted. You will be notified of acceptance immediately after committee review of your work. Deadline for applications is April 2, 2019 - no applications will be accepted after that date.
*Accepted artisan vendors will pay $125 for a 10 x 10 booth space and will be provided with one camping space within the vendor's area. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!!! If accepted, you will pay after you are notified on or around April 15th, 2019.
*Accepted retail vendors will pay $175 per 10 x 10 booth space and will be provided with one camping space within the vendor's area. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!! If accepted, you will pay after you are notified on or around April 15th, 2019. *NOTE: Retail vendors will be placed in a separate area from the artisan vendors. The area is adjacent to the Boxcar stage.
*Each accepted vendor will receive 2 wrist bands ($180 value) for each 10’x10’ space with the option of purchasing an additional one (including double booths - only 1) for half price for the weekend.
* Each accepted vendor will be given only one parking pass per booth (including double booths) – oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers are accepted upon approval of festival staff. Wrist bands and the parking pass will be given at check in on June 6th.
All those who are accepted will receive more information about load-in and out before the festival.
