*Accepted artisan vendors will pay $100 for a 10 x 10 booth space and will be provided with one camping space within the vendor's area. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!!! If accepted, you will pay after you are notified on or around April 16th, 2018.
*Accepted retail vendors will pay $150 per 10 x 10 booth space and will be provided with one camping space within the vendor's area. SEND NO MONEY NOW!!! If accepted, you will pay after you are notified on or around April 16th, 2018. *NOTE: Retail vendors will be placed in a separate area from the artisan vendors. The area is adjacent to the Boxcar stage.
*Each accepted vendor will receive 2 wrist bands ($180 value) for each 10’x10’ space and the option of purchasing an additional one (including double booths - only 1) for half price for the weekend.
* Each accepted vendor will be given only one parking pass per booth (including double booths) – oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers are accepted upon approval of festival staff. Wrist bands and parking pass will be given at check in on May 31st.
All those who are accepted will receive more information about load-in and out before the festival.
