CVES Volunteer Form 2025-26
Thank you for your willingness to volunteer at CVES!
If you are a returning volunteer, please skip to the questionnaire portion of this form. It is important that returning volunteers complete this form to ensure they appear on the approved volunteer list for their child’s teacher.

If you are a new volunteer, please follow these steps:

Once online application is completed, a Livescan form will automatically be sent to you. You will take this to get fingerprinted.

After completing these steps, please contact the school office in approximately 2 weeks to confirm that your fingerprints have cleared. Once confirmed, bring a passport-sized photo to the office so a volunteer badge can be made.
