Within the project, proactivity has been defined as an individual's attitude to anticipate, act in advance, and bring about changes in the environment, aiming to minimize the impact of unforeseen difficulties. This proactive behavior is characterized by 7 attributes:

1.      Search for opportunities to initiate change.

2.      Set change-oriented goals.

3.      Anticipate problems and take precautions.

4.      Perform different tasks or perform tasks differently than before.

5.      Embrace a mindset of intense activity.

6.      Perseverance with unchanging plans.

7.      Achieve goals and demonstrate real accomplishments.
