Featuring our 1 hour 'Fit Camp', the premier camp that follows the 5 components of fitness (Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition), each class is a proven, no non-sense formula for success. Fitness in the Park's program is a steady paced class consisting of cardio, core and weights. With various times, locations and classes, there is a program for everyone.
