* You can only complete a form when you have your own ticket and give us your ticket number.
* We highly recommend that you buy your ticket online and fill this form before your arrival because it ensures you a faster entry to the festival.
* In order to enter the festival, under age persons must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for them throughout the duration of the festival.

Note: you will receive a wristband at the gates with an ID number that will allow us to access the information you enter below. Please, fill out with extra care!
