Gender and equity in Outcome Mapping
There is growing interest in addressing persistent and structural gender and social inequities in development and humanitarian programmes. Outcome Mapping is considered by some to be particularly useful for planning and monitoring such efforts, yet there have been few examples or adaptations of OM for this purpose shared.

The Outcome Mapping Learning Community is hosting an e-discussion in July to bring to light experiences of community members of using OM in programmes addressing gender and social inequities.

To this end we invite you to answer two questions to indicate your interest in this e-discussion and let us know that you have experience to share.

1. Are you willing to share your examples of incorporating gender and equity related issues in the practice of OM?
If yes, please provide brief details of your examples below. E.g. programme name, aims, context, organisations involved, how OM was used.
2. What have been the challenges in using OM in this way? What has worked, what has not and what have you learned from the experience?
Please provide one or two points below, but we can discuss this further during the e-discussion.
