The purpose of this study is to look at how emojis affect the perception of people texting each other. This survey consists of seven text messages with a series of questions regarding the two people who sent them. It will take around 10 minutes to complete. 

I understand that my participation in this study is voluntary, and that I can stop and exit at any point without penalty. I understand that I do not have to answer any questions that I do not want to. My answers will remain anonymous and confidential, meaning my name and email will NOT be collected. The data collected will be kept for five years on a password-protected laptop before being deleted.

By saying I consent to this study, I am agreeing that I am at least 18 years old and am willing to proceed to the beginning of the survey.
