The participating team in La Micro Ruta de la Sal, through this form,

DECLARES

That they accept and comply with the rules established in the Notice of Race for La Micro Ruta de la Sal and with the specific instructions governing the regatta.
That they accept and assume any responsibility arising from the construction of their boat and rigging, its safety conditions, compliance with current regulations from both the Maritime and Sports Authorities, and any consequences resulting from failure to strictly adhere to these rules.
That they accept all responsibility outlined in the Notice of Race and in the regatta instructions, and release the organizing and sponsoring entities of La Micro Ruta de la Sal from any liability for accidents involving people or property, damages, or any incidents that may occur at sea or on land as a result of their boat’s participation in the regatta.
That at the time of the regatta, they will have adequate insurance coverage for the boat.
That they have informed their team members of this assumption of responsibility, and on their behalf, they also release the organizing entities, collaborating entities, and other cooperating organizations and sponsors from all liability, assuming responsibility for any damage or loss that may result from the participation of their team and boat in La Micro Ruta de la Sal.

In accordance with Law 15/1999, we inform you that the data you provide will be included in our files for the purpose of sending you information about our activities.

The team has the right to access this information, verify it, cancel it, and object to its processing. This data may be shared with the respective departure and arrival clubs of the regatta for proper control purposes.
