Welcome! I'm so happy that you decided to join my clean eating challenge! My goal at the end of the 5 days is that you lose weight, feel more energized and are overall feeling great!

For all of that to occur, the next 5 days won't be easy, but if it was easy everyone could do it! However, I will provide you with all the tools to make it as easy as possible and will stand beside you every step of the way!

Once in the group you will find a very easy to follow shopping list, with very-simple easy to find items that you will need for the 5 days, nothing expensive or out of this world, I promise! I hope that you ENJOY this group and I want you to have LOTS of FUN and to be HEALTHY!
