This form aims at gathering information regarding the Web Ontology Language (OWL), particularly about which platforms it's currently being used on, which OWL tools are being used, and which platforms are currently left out due to tooling limitations.

It also introduces Cowl, a novel C framework for working with OWL ontologies, focused on portablity, performance and efficient resource usage. It is currently in early development and released under an open source license.
