Homeroom Leads are an important part of our HSA! One person is needed for each grade/classroom. If you are interested in being a Homeroom Lead, please fill in the information below for the class or classes that you would like to assist with. You must have all your clearances to be a homeroom lead.

Applications accepted until Thursday, August 28th. Decisions made by Thursday, Sept 4th. Chosen Homeroom Leads will meet immediately after the 6pm HSA General Meeting on Sept 11th.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only be homeroom lead for one class per year.

Responsibilities of a Homeroom Lead:

1. To help plan and facilitate holiday parties and coordinate volunteers for these events, funding provided by HSA.

2.To coordinate volunteers for special lunch days and at the teacher's request for other special events.

3. To solicit class donations & prepare a class basket for Holy Family fundraiser, minimum value $100.

4. To solicit class donations & prepare a gift for your teacher's birthday and end of year gift.

All submissions are needed by Thursday, August 28th.
