Hosting a 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness Conference requires a lot of planning and many, many hours of preparation and coordination with the 1p36 DSA Board. While one person will serve as the conference coordinator, conference planning will require the support of a committee of dedicated and skilled volunteers. Please complete, in as much detail as possible, the following application. Applications will be accepted up to five years in advance. Approval of host site will be given no more than three years in advance. Applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and after a thorough review you will be contacted as to the status of your application.
