Please complete a separate form for each child and each week of camp.
Note that transfers are accepted based on availability. You will receive an email when the transfer is complete. Be sure your child is enrolled in the requested camp before showing up!
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things happen that may require you to withdraw your child from our program. Please fill out the withdrawal request form as soon as you can. Please review our refund policy below.
If a withdrawal request is submitted 10 days before the start of camp, then a full refund will be issued.
If a withdrawal request is submitted 5 to 9 days before the start of camp, then a 50% refund will be issued.
If a withdrawal request is submitted 2 to 4 days prior to the start of camp, then a 25% refund will be issued.
If you have had an emergency of some kind, please contact us immediately and we may be able to make some kind of arrangements.
