Guidelines for TRAC ICM’s In-Person Retreat (September 2023)
1. Accommodation
- Participants will be assigned to rooms with single occupancy with shared bathrooms.
- Please bring your own toiletries and towel.

2. Meals
- 3 main meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided daily. Snacks and beverages will also be provided

3. Transportation
- Please make your way to the retreat center on your own. ICM will not be arranging for carpooling.

4. COVID-19 safeguards
- Please ensure that you are fully vaccinated and have a negative Covid-19 Self-Test a day before attending the retreat.
- Please ensure you are masked whenever you’re in common areas. You are only allowed to unmask in your own rooms and outdoors (optional).
- Please bring along your own masks & hand sanitizers.
