Vendor/Art Booth Applications

The Westside Festival 2018 planning committee would like to thank you for applying to be an art booth vendor! We are asking each artist/vendor requesting a booth space to fill out this application.

Due to space and resource constraints we will be reviewing applications and making selections of art booths and vendors to take part in this year's festival.
Acceptance letters will issued starting at the end of April/beginning of May.

If you are food vendor we are unfortunately booked for food. Thank you for your interest and please considered applying again next year.

We are proud to be able to offer NO BOOTH FEES for all artists and vendors! We believe in providing a festival available to all!

Event Timing: June 16th, 2018 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Art booths until 7 PM due to lighting and the need to reopen the street.

(PLEASE NOTE: Vendor/art booths will have an event time of Setup prior to 10 AM to 7 PM, after 7 PM the festival will switch to entertainment only within Sugar Space property.)
