Wholesale order form
Thank you for your interest in ordering wholesale copies of my books. Here's what you need to know:
  • Wholesale purchases are available to brick and mortar bookstores ONLY. Please fill out the form completely. If I cannot verify your store, your order will be cancelled.
  • Minimum order quantity is 5 books (can be a single title or a combination of titles).
  • To place orders using this form, you must have a US shipping address.
  • All orders will be shipped using USPS media mail. If you wish to purchase more than 60 books, UPS will be required, and shipping will be billed directly to you at my cost.
  • Please contact me directly if you are interested in consignment. I do consider consignment situations for established bookstores, and prefer genre-specific for consignment situations.
  • Please contact me directly for international orders. Any orders will be placed from the printer as author copies and shipped directly to you. Unfortunately, signed copies will not be available on international orders. 
  • Your order will ship in 2 to 3 weeks from the date your invoice is paid, depending on order size and available inventory. I aspire to ship within a few days of placing any order, but shipping times may vary, particularly for larger orders.
  • US orders can be signed. Pleas indicate your desire to have signed copies at the time your order is placed.
  • Shipping costs are included in the price of the books.
  • Once your order is placed, I'll send you an invoice via PayPal. Your order will not begin processing until the invoice is paid in full.
  • All orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable!
