BY TYPING YOUR NAME BELOW PARTICIPANT ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

This agreement releases Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC, Jenna Gunshinan, Robert Coger, Rachel Sutton, The Art Factory, Jonna Lee, Photography by Emma Brown, Emma Brown, Centex Music, Mary Katheryn Clark and/or any other instructors or volunteers thereof (hereafter referred to as Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC) from any and all liability relating to injuries or destruction of property arising from any cause whatsoever, including that of any possible negligence on the part of Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC.

Participant understands that interaction with farm animals which can be unpredictable in behavior and known to nibble, jump, scratch, etc. The participant understands they are in a rural environment on unlevel surfaces and may have contact with various plants, manure, dirt, and such things involved in a ranch setting. Participant accepts all risks of property damage, injury and death associated with goat yoga and the rural setting in which it will take place.

I agree and acknowledge that:

1. I am in proper physical condition to participate in the activity and am aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.
2. I understand that participation in this activity involves proximity to animals and release the animals and their owners from any harm caused by being in their presence.
4. I agree not to sue Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC, even if the claims arise from the carelessness, negligence or gross negligence of Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC or anyone else. I agree to indemnify (reimburse for any loss) and hold harmless Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC from any loss or liability (including any reasonable legal fees they may incur) defending any claim made by me or anyone making a claim on my behalf.
5. I understand that during my participation in activities at this location, I am using the space and equipment with proper form and function in sound mind and body. It is agreed that all activities and use of all facilities shall be undertaken by participant at participant's sole risk.

APPEARANCE/MEDIA RELEASE

Participant understands that Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC is using these premises for goat yoga, art class, music class, science class and photography. Participant may be in photos and videos and as such, participant grants Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC the right to record their image, likeness, voice, etc. for the purposes of marketing on any social media websites or any media for art and advertising. Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC may edit any material recorded in any way they see fit. Participant understands that they will not be compensated in any way for the recording and/or use of their image, likeness, voice, etc.

If participant wishes to not have their image of themselves or minor to be used, they must discuss with Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC at the time of set date.

If signing on behalf of a minor, parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred to the minor’s participation and agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify (including costs and attorney fees) Serenity Ranch Retreat LLC for any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.

BY TYPING THEIR NAME BELOW THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS RELEASE, FULLY UNDERSTANDS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AND HAS SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE MADE BY THE UNDERSIGNED.

SIGNATURE IS A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
