Caravan IV: The Wedding Hunt of the Chosen will take place 27-28.07.2024 at Kanni vacation house, Reola, Tartumaa, Estonia.

We need to know who is attending the event, so please supply us with your full name (you may also add a nickname). Your name will be listed in the list of participants which can be accessed by all registered and paid participants and event crew.

Participants under 18 must have their parent's permission to attend. Participants under 14 can only attend with an adult.

We usually send you emails, but for every day chatting and questions we have the Karavan LARP Discord server. Please give us your username, so we can invite you. If you do not wish to chat, you can leave the form empty. (If you are attending as a NPC please note we do need you to participate in the server.) Karavan LARP Discord server

Ticket *

PC (40 €) - Player. You attend and play.

One role NPC (25 €) - NPC. You usually portray one character during the game.

Episodic NPC (15 €) - As an episodic NPC you will play several different roles and/or offer battle opportunities to the players.

Sponsor PC (40+ €) - With this ticket you can support our game. If you contribute 20 euros or more, we can subsidise a ticket for another player. Alternatively we will use your generous donation to make the larp cooler.

Sponsored ticket (20 €) - This is a ticker for a player with more limited means. The Caravan team offers two sponsored tickets. If you want to attend with a sponsored ticket, you must sign up before June 1. If there are more takers than tickets on offer, we will hold a lottery.

Agreement in regards to handling of personal data.

We will handle any personal data you supply us with in these forms with respect and care. The data will be stored in Karavan LARP's Google Drive and only members of the Karavan team have access to it.
