Interview Event Setup & Promotion Package

I would like my interview to be set up as an event across four platforms (AllEvents, Eventbrite, Facebook Events, and The History Website). I understand I will be sent the event links to share with friends and family. I understand I will be provided with standard promotional assets, including banners and post copy, to support social media sharing.

PromoAd In-Interview Placement (Optional Monthly Add-On)

1. I would like my PromoAd to be featured during interviews on History Bards (US), Down Under Interviews (AUS), and Meet the Author – Indie Book Source (US) for a period of one month or up to six interviews, whichever occurs first.

I understand that this placement consists of short sponsored segments within interviews, introduced as “a word from our sponsor”, and may include two sponsor PromoAds per interview.

YouTube Interview Promotion (Optional Add-On)

I would like my YouTube interview to be promoted to a defined target audience aligned with my genre and readership, with the aim of increasing visibility and discoverability of my interview and novel.

I understand that promotion supports reach and awareness and does not guarantee viewer numbers, engagement, or sales outcomes.

Reader Reviews
I understand that reader reviews are possible only where an ARC is made available through independent platforms such as BookSprout or BookSirens. Any reviews are voluntary, reader-initiated, and not paid for, requested, or guaranteed.

I would like an editorial review article to be prepared and published on the website, suitable for author sharing.

Times Square Billboard Placement – New York (Optional Add-On)

I would like my novel and/or interview to be featured on a Times Square digital billboard in New York, displayed for 15 seconds every hour throughout the day.

I understand that billboard placement is subject to availability and scheduling and that display timing is managed by the billboard network.

PSI TV Broadcast Feature – U.S. Television & Streaming (Optional Add-On)

I would like my author interview to be produced and broadcast as a PSI TV feature, providing television-level exposure on a recognized global streaming platform.

This includes:

Broadcast of my interview on PSI TV

PSI TV–branded motion intro and outro

Professional media placement allowing the use of the credit: “As seen on PSI TV”

I understand that production is activated once full payment is received and that broadcast scheduling is subject to PSI TV programming availability.

I understand that a 50% deposit is required to commence preparation or production of selected initiatives.

I understand that for high-cost initiatives where production or media placement costs are paid upfront — including but not limited to PSI TV broadcast features, YouTube interview promotion, and press release distribution — full payment is required prior to production or airing.

I understand that any remaining balances must be paid before publication, broadcast, promotion, or delivery of digital assets.
